We don't track you
No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no advertising cookies, no behavioural profiling. The site is plain HTML.
No trackers. No advertising cookies. No mailing list. We use the contact details you give us solely to talk to you about your project. That's the whole policy in one paragraph — the rest of this page is the long-form version for anyone who wants the detail.
No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no advertising cookies, no behavioural profiling. The site is plain HTML.
Name, phone, email and project notes — to reply, quote and (if engaged) deliver the work. Nothing else.
Your details don't go to marketers, data brokers, or anyone else. Ever. You won't get newsletters from us either.
Proper Property Planning — a UK-based chartered construction project management and surveying practice based in London and Suffolk. For anything privacy-related, email info@properpropertyplanning.com or call 07871 324440.
If you contact us via the website form, by email, or by phone, we'll have:
That's the lot. We don't load tracking pixels, third-party analytics, advertising cookies, or behavioural profilers on the site. The only cookie this site sets is the technical session cookie nginx uses to serve pages — and even that's not used to track you.
We don't use it for marketing, profiling, automated decision-making, or any of the things people get understandably nervous about. We don't share it with third parties for those purposes either.
For most enquiries — only Paul and Colin. Where the work involves a third party (e.g. a contractor we tender to on your behalf, or HMRC/our insurer), we share only what's strictly necessary, and we tell you who and why.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
Email info@properpropertyplanning.com with the words "privacy request" in the subject. We'll get back within seven working days and complete the request within 30 days.
If you're not happy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This site does not use advertising, tracking, fingerprinting or analytics cookies. There are no banners begging you to consent because there's nothing to consent to. The only data the server logs is standard nginx access logs (IP, browser, page requested) — the bare minimum needed to operate a website and detect abuse, retained for 30 days then rotated.
If we ever materially change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and bump the date below. We won't quietly turn on a tracker.
