Do you work on small residential projects as well as large commercial schemes?

Yes. Our work spans from single-home extensions through to multi-million-pound public-sector schemes. The same chartered judgement applies whatever the scale.

Are your drone pilots CAA-authorised?

Yes. All flights are conducted by CAA-authorised drone operators with full PPE, NEBOSH-qualified site discipline and CAA-compliant flight planning. Importantly, our pilot is also a Chartered Building Surveyor — so the imagery captured is genuinely diagnostic.

Do you provide repair-cost estimates with dilapidation surveys?

On request, we include budget costs for repairs alongside the photographic record. That way the report supports negotiations and decision-making, not just observation.

Where in the UK do you operate?

Primarily London, Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire. We've worked with high-profile clients across the home counties and travel further for the right project — please ask.

Are you independent, or tied to a developer?

We are completely independent. No developer ties, no kickbacks from contractors, no commercial pressure to recommend any particular path. The advice you receive is the advice we'd give a family member.

How quickly can you start?

For a one-off survey or condition report, often within a week. Larger project-management commissions take a little more setup but we always tell you straight at first contact whether we can fit your timeline.

Do you charge for an initial conversation?

No. The first conversation is always free — including reviewing any drawings, briefs or scope you'd like to send through in advance.
